The project featured the construction of a new visitors’ building, updated home grandstands, and comprehensive sitework to enhance the stadium’s accessibility and overall appeal. JCP Construction played a key role in the development of the Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy (HFCA), a charter school with a rich 19-year history honoring one of Milwaukee’s esteemed education pioneers. The new 67,000-square-foot facility, located at 2212-2228 N. Vel R. Phillips Ave. in the Hollard Park area, marked a significant milestone in HFCA’s mission to provide quality education and foster academic growth within the community.

This state-of-the-art school, which represented a $31 million investment, was designed to accommodate over 400 students, with aspirations to expand its reach to 500. Positioned next to the Thrive on King development in the revitalizing Bronzeville area, the project was a vital addition to the ongoing transformation of Milwaukee’s King Drive corridor.
