This was our first project with Associated Bank and we are excited to be part of their construction family. This was a tenant occupied phased project and included:

  • New Security Entry vestibule
  • Full roof replacement to standing seam metal roof
  • Existing front canopy and chimney removal
  • Tie-in to city utilities 
  • Full MEP renovation inside, with new HVAC systems and lighting throughout
  • Full interior office remodel with new glass panel walls and new ADA teller stations
  • Bathroom remodel with new fixtures
  • Exterior lighting
  • Parking lot sealing and striping

JCP Construction was proud to contribute to the Komatsu South Harbor Campus Office Building and Parking Deck project by self-performing the concrete footings and managing the door and hardware packages across the entire site. Our work laid the structural foundation and ensured secure, functional access throughout this transformative development. Located on a 57-acre brownfield site in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, the LEED v4 Gold-certified campus includes a 180,000-square-foot office and experience center and a 650-car parking structure.
